West Coast electricity consumers are key customers for Westpower and the whole business revolves around satisfying our customer's expectations.

In the case of our consumers, providing a reliable supply of electricity with good support in the event of problems occurring is the key aim of the business. Basically, we want to make it as easy as possible to connect to our network and continue to receive a safe and reliable supply of electricity

Consumers range from small domestic connections through to large industrial plants such as the Westland Milk Products factory in Hokitika and we will endeavour to listen to all of our consumers and respect their interests. We are always glad to hear from our consumers and will do our best to satisfy their reasonable needs,
