COVID-19 Update from Westpower and ElectroNet

Our steps to assist in flattening the curve 

Following the Government announcement that all New Zealanders are to isolate in their homes for 4 weeks from Wednesday 25th March 2020, and in light of the uncertainty we are all facing with COVID-19, we want to reassure you that Westpower and the ElectroNet companies are committed to maintaining electricity services across the distribution and transmission networks within our regions. Our fault response teams will be working from home to attend to any power outages. 

We are committed to the health and wellbeing of our workers, contractors, their families and our communities. This is our highest priority. And we have a dedicated team who are well prepared to provide the best solutions for all of our consumers.
